Feb. 6--One of the pioneers in South End's commercial revitalization is departing after nearly 11 years.
Spaghetti Warehouse Italian Grill closed Monday and began removing its signs Tuesday from the distinctive brick building with the landmark water tank on top.
Consolidated Restaurant Operations, a Dallas restaurant conglomerate, owns the Spaghetti Warehouse chain, and U.S. Restaurant Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust, owns the 53,000-square-foot building.
