It may seem hard to believe amid the din of Super Bowl hype, but there are some people who haven't the slightest interest in watching a bunch of big lugs knock each other down.
In the spirit of counterprogramming, TV has something for them on Sunday.
The little Home and Garden Television cable network goes all-out with its "Super Sunday of Style," a four-hour decorating-and-design extravaganza _ bedspreads, tiles, draperies, maybe even super bowls.
