When vendors are hocking their goods as they traverse up and down the Superdome steps Sunday, two of their former cohorts will be part of the featured attraction down on the field.
Running back Marshall Faulk and cornerback Aeneas Williams, New Orleans natives and arguably the St. Louis Rams' most valuable players on their respective sides of the ball, have come a long way since working for cheap as teen-age vendors in the Superdome.
"I played high school games here, college games here. I sold popcorn and peanuts here," Williams said. "I did a lot of work in this building."
