ITW Buys Foilmark for $54M.(Illinois Tool Works Inc )(Brief Article)
On April 11, Illinois Tool Works Inc (NYSE: ITW) announced that it was buying Foilmark Inc (Nasdaq: FLMK) for a total purchase price of $54.1M. The closing is set to take place May 17. This acquisition makes ITW key player in the holographic and hot stamping foil arena. And we may not have seen the end of the company's holographic acquisitions this year.
