May 31--Bobbie Hoff was excited about showing off the ProStaff office in Overland Park, so I agreed to visit. I saw a facility that looks like many employment staffing services, with a reception area, computers where job candidates take proficiency tests, interview rooms, the administrative back shop and so on.

A nice place in a pleasant office park. But, after visiting with the people who work there, I saw something else -- something that makes a difference to anyone looking for a place to work or a place to do business. It was the atmosphere of caring.
