May 6--Boeing chief Phil Condit will feel at home in Texas because he's been talking out of both sides of his mouth for weeks.
He consoles Seattle officials that Boeing's move to Dallas, Denver or Chicago isn't about them. Then he complains about Seattle's anti-business climate.
He says incentive packages aren't important. Then he says he expects the move to cost nothing.
