Apr. 30--Chip Sheridan has a few more boxes to pack before he makes the final trip across the Mason-Dixon Line to start a new life in Towson, Md.
Sheridan said he sold his two-story Red Lion home in April for $154,900 and will rent a house in the Old Line State.
"The homes are more expensive in Maryland, but I'll be closer to a lot more things," he said.
