Field House, Duke put together one of the biggest rallies in Final Four history, digging out of a 22-point hole to defeat the Terps, 95-84, on Saturday night and advance to Monday's championship game.
Duke (34-4) will play Arizona for the title, the Blue Devils going for their third championship in 10 years, the Wildcats for their second in five.
Maryland (25-11), making its first Final Four appearance, led 39-17 with seven minutes left in the first half, but the Blue Devils got a boost from Carlos Boozer (19 points) and outscored the Terps 78-45 the rest of the way.
