PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. _ Two female fans watched as Spanish phenom Sergio Garcia approached the 18th green at Pebble Beach on Thursday. As he neared the green, their conversation heated up.

"Is he married?" one asked.

"I don't think so," the other replied. "He's too young. I hope not anyway."

Seeing two caddies with Garcia name tags on their backs spurred the conversation and sparked the confusion.

No worry, ladies. The other Garcia in the foursome is only Sergio's younger sister, Mar. He's still single and available, not to mention grateful he invited his sister to team with him in the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am after she helped him to a 10-under team total.

The Garcias are just three shots out of the lead entering today's second round and are having as much fun as any team out there, no doubt. Mar is the only female in the 360-player field.

"She really helped me a lot," Sergio said after shooting a 4-under 68. "It was great."
