Oct. 2--INTERPUBLIC REGROUPS, FORMS LARGEST U.S. PR FIRM: The Interpublic Group of Companies, a worldwide advertising conglomerate, has realigned its public relations operations, creating two global networks from its Golin/Harris International, Shandwick International and Weber Public Relations Worldwide agencies. Weber's Coral Gables office is one of those merging with Shandwick.

The shuffle, which takes place Jan. 1, will combine the technology practice of Weber Public Relations Worldwide with Shandwick International to specialize in technology, public affairs and lifestyle/entertainment. The new companies will better serve clients' need for specialized practice and …
