Spring party invitations are out in full force, and on almost every one is that favorite catch phrase, ``casual.''
Some say ``Texas casual,'' some say ``Dallas casual,'' some say ``dressy casual.''
``That's what an invitation said that I got last week,'' says Elizabeth Monroe. ``It said `dressy casual.' Now what the you-know-what is that supposed to mean? It's either dressy or it's casual. It's not both. But in Dallas, who knows? I went to one party that said `casual,' and everyone was dressed in designer pant suits and their best jewelry. I felt like a fool in slacks and sandals.
``Please, let's set some rules about casual and all agree to stick by them.''
