Dec. 4 -- BIG DEAL'S FLEA MARKET AND BAZAAR, Bazaar(!on U.S. 501 will open in February.

The sale of the flea market to Pace Corp., brokered by Litus Properties, was finalized this week, said Van Watts, Pace's co-managing partner for the property with Gem McDowell.

Litus brokers Joe Carter and Rusty Helm were partners in selling the flea market, near the entrance to Carolina Forest on the south side of U.S. 501.

Pace has had a contract on the property for the past three months. Watts wouldn't disclose the sale price.

The flea market, which has 100,000 square feet of covered space, was completed …
