TACOMA, Wash.--Nov. 13--By next spring, two restaurants are likely to fill vacancies in Tacoma's Lincoln Plaza shopping center.
Houlihan's, a chain based in Kansas City, Mo., has agreed to open by March in the former Tower Records store.
And Chevys Fresh Mex, a Mexican food chain based in San Francisco, expects to occupy the former Pier One store by March, too.
The shopping center is on prime real estate on South 38th Street, just west of Interstate 5.
Doug Bailey, the center's property manager, said attracting two restaurants might be most beneficial to his other tenants.
