KANSAS CITY, Mo.--Sep. 16--The Winbury Group, a Kansas City-based real estate firm, will become an affiliate of Grubb & Ellis Co. of Chicago at the beginning of next month.

The relationship will give the Winbury Group access to Grubb & Ellis' national real estate services in return for potential business.

Grubb & Ellis, a publicly traded full-service commercial real estate firm on the New York Stock Exchange, has offices in 69 markets nationwide and wants to increase the number of those markets to 100. About 4,000 real estate professionals work for the company.
