Aug. 23--EFL Associates, an Overland Park management consulting firm, has spun off its outplacement and career development division into an independent company, CSG Partners Inc.
Peter Lemke, founder and president of EFL Associates, retains some financial interest in CSG Partners, but the principal owner and president of CSG is Leslie G. Griffen.
Griffen joined EFL in 1995 as a senior vice president after a 25-year career in human resources and business administration at Dayton-Hudson Corp. and Sprint Corp.
