Aug. 10--Rarely do Wall Street analysts gush so loudly, but several did last week about Planet Hollywood and its prospects.

Phrases like "visionary," "global awareness" and "taking entertainment to a new level" popped out of their mouths in reference to Planet Hollywood, a chain of entertainment-themed eateries and stores scattered across the globe.

And a recent deal announced between the Los Angeles-based entertainment conglomerate and Kansas City-based AMC Entertainment Inc. continued to set them all atwitter.

That deal calls for the two to build Planet Hollywood restaurants and retail outlets wrapped in an AMC megaplex to be called …
