    ST. PAUL, Minn. _ In a study that underscores the rapidly changing AIDS picture, researchers at the University of Minnesota and elsewhere have found that women who have the disease die quicker than male AIDS patients. 
    Although the study could not pinpoint the reasons for the difference, the researchers believe they are related to socioeconomic factors, such as the ability of women to get to see doctors and pay for medications. Biological differences are not considered a factor. 
    The men studied were mostly gay and white and better informed than were their female counterparts about the disease, researchers said. They had better access to treatment and took better care of…
