Use it or lose it - this old cliche has new meaning in the air freight industry today. It concerns our efforts to secure new services from the airlines. As you know, the Airforwarders Association (AAI) has been negotiating with various airlines to get their commitment to a second-day service, which will let us sell effectively against the integrated airlines. Continental, Alaska and United have made their commitment to second-day service, and we expect others to soon. But, what commitment have you, as forwarders, made to selling this now available …
