Apr. 7--DALLAS GROUP BUYS CENTRAL PLAZA OFFICE TOWER: A Dallas-based investment group has entered the Valley's real-estate market with the purchase of a 20-story office tower on the southeastern corner of Indian School Road and Central Avenue.

Addison ADF of Dallas paid $18 million for the 390,000-square-foot 4041 Central Plaza building.

The seller was a limited partnership led by JMB Realty Corp. of Chicago.

Kenn Francis of Carlsberg Realty Advisors in Phoenix brokered the sale. JMB will continue to manage and lease the structure, which is 90 percent leased.
