Jul. 14--The Wakulla County Chamber of Commerce is urging the County Commission to reconsider its decision to remove the chairman of Wakulla's Industrial Development Authority.

Commissioners voted to oust Ted Gaupin at their meeting last week. The vote came after a resident accused Gaupin of having a conflict of interest by serving dual roles - as chairman of the development authority and as a real-estate broker representing a family considering a land sale to the county.
