PITTSBURGH--An ad-hoc committee of Pennsylvania gas producers, distribution utilities and industrial users has issued a consensus statement urging the state Public Utility Commission to revise its existing transportation tariffs for contract carriage gas from a formula that relies on gross margin calculations to one based on cost-of-service principles, group sources said.
