Anyone wanting the traditional Christmas music CD -- with religious and/or seasonal tunes -- has many choices this season.
Here are some:
* "Guitar for Christmas" is Albuquerque's Michael Chapdelaine's chestnut-warm, meditative CD offering. What he does with Schubert's "Ave Maria" is nothing short of inspired. It's the first of 14 cuts of traditional Christmas carols. Chapdelaine is the guitar professor at the University of New Mexico and an award-winning guitarist facile in genres from classical to rock.
* "Christmas" (Wicked Game). Retro rockabilly singer Chris Isaak, the guy with the Hollywood looks and husky voice, opens his holiday CD with a rockin' "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer." He also composed five of the 16 cuts, has a duet with…
