Brig. Gen. Conrad S. Allman is the commander of the U.S. Air Force Recruiting Service, and deputy chief of staff, Recruiting Service, Headquarters Air Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. He is responsible for directing the recruitment of people for the Air Force.
General Allman was born in Washington, D.C., in 1923. He graduated from George Washington High School in Alexandria, Va., and attended the University of Alabama.
