Smith's Food & Drug Stores has reached an agreement to sell its Alamogordo store at 675 Tenth to Van Winkle's IGA.
The 54,000-square-foot store will close Sept. 19 at 6 p.m., and Van Winkle will take possession of it on Sept. 25.
