The collapse of energy-trading company Enron Corp., once the seventh-largest corporation in the United States, has created waves that most certainly will wash up on the shores of the North Coast. This ripple effect has been dubbed "Enronitis," a disease that undermines confidence in all sectors of business.

As details of the Enron debacle continue to unfold, corporate leaders seek an inoculation against the spread of Enronitis into their business sectors. Roger C.
