Elks To Institute New Lodge in Estancia Valley.

The new Estancia Valley Lodge #2813 of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks will be instituted on Saturday.
The institution ceremonies will be held at the Moriarty Community Center with national and state Elks officials participating, said John Dixon, chairman of the local organization committee.
The formal institution of the lodge will be followed by the initiation of 160-plus candidates for membership and the election and installation of officers.
Conducting the institution on behalf of the Grand Lodge of Elks will be Michael R. Esquibel, district deputy grand exalted ruler from the northeast district of New Mexico, assisted by past district deputies.
The institution ceremonies are scheduled as follows:
* 10:30 a.m. Indoctrination, all candidates
