Edgewood Council Tackles Zoning, Roads, Annexations.

The Edgewood Town Council spent five hours Monday in a marathon special session to catch up on work. During the meeting:
* The council discussed the town's subdivision ordinance with a local developer to clarify the intent of some of the rules and procedures. The developer intends to build a subdivision off Venus Road in northern Edgewood.
* David Berry, who has previously operated a motorcycle shop in Edgewood, wanted to know how the council would vote on a proposal for a motorcycle racing track in western Edgewood off old Route 66.
Berry hasn't requested a needed zone change to allow the 200-foot motorcycle drag-racing track. But ...
