Lawmakers in Illinois are considering a measure that would make it illegal to use, sell or make products that can provide fake urine samples for drug tests, the Associated Press reported. Bill HB 3978 would make the use, sale or manufacture of such products a Class 4 felony, and violators would also be fined $1,000. The House Judiciary Committee passed the bill 13-0, sending it to the full House.
