NASA has issued a proposed rule to amend the NASA FAR Supplement (NFS) to create a unified set of representations and certifications for the acquisition of non-commercial items within the simplified acquisition threshold. According to NASA, FAR Subpart 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items) provides a consolidated set of certifications and representations for commercial items, but does not provide a unified set for noncommercial items.
