Eight years ago, the ground in the upper Midwest started to move. Not many people paid notice, however; there were only tremors. Soon after, though, those tremors became stronger and now they are beginning to be felt far and wide. The epicenter of this activity was the Wisconsin Dells, home of numerous waterparks. And the latest jolt, the indoor waterpark resort movement, continues.
Today, having moved so far from its small beginnings in central Wisconsin, the indoor waterpark resort is undergoing rapid advancement. The aquatics components are changing, the accommodations are changing and, perhaps most significantly, geographical locations are changing.
