When my company took on the Dream Facility project, we were presented with a number of significant challenges--some of which surprised even us.

First of all, we are not often asked to achieve a design objective in this way. Typically, we are restricted by cost, site constrictions, building codes and myriad other forces that influence and inform the design process.
