I am sure all of us with a passion for aquatic sports have at some time pictured in our minds the Dream Competitive Venue. For most of us, any such venue is little more than a fantasy.
I, too, have imagined this kind of facility and talked about it amongst friends throughout the different stages of my life in aquatics--aquatic design engineering, coaching and competing. But like many others, I had come to believe this venue may just be a dream.
So many things have to come into play before you would get the opportunity to be involved in such a facility and then, as we all soon come to realize, there is the question of funding--the dollar factor.
