TIM HOGAN, DIRECTOR OF INVESTOR RELATIONS, TXU CORP.: Thank you, Kristi. Good morning. Thank you for joining us to discuss TXU's results for 2003. This call is open to the general public and media but designed for financial analysts. We'll open the call to questions following prepared remarks. Remarks will focus primarily on fourth-quarter and full-year 2003 results. As a plan to discuss 2004 expectations more thoroughly with you in New York next week.
The press release was issued the morning, if you do not already have a copy, financial statements available at www.txucorp.COM under investor resources. In the interest of keeping the call it one hour and allowing everyone questions, we would like your assistance in limiting questions to one plus a follow up. If we have extra time, we will open it up to further questions. The replay of today's conference call will be available on the web site approximately two hours after we finish.
