We are reiterating our Buy rating on RITA Medical Systems Inc. (RITA). RITA is a medical device company developing innovative products that utilize radio frequency energy and minimally invasive surgery to eliminate solid cancerous and benign tumors. The system has been shown to reduce the complications associated with current treatments while increasing efficacy, safety, quality of life and in the case of liver cancer patients, survival. In addition, radio frequency ablation (RFA) can also be utilized to operate on tumors deemed unresectable by open standards.

Investment Thesis:
