NEW ORLEANS -- Most of the women in a study on discontinuation of hormone replacement therapy were satisfied with their decision to stop therapy and were still off it at a 3-4 month follow-up, Dr. Steve Hasley reported at the annual meeting of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Of 208 women in a private practice setting who were offered the opportunity to discontinue hormone replacement therapy (HRT), 151 agreed to do so.
