SAN FRANCISCO -- No neutralizing antibodies developed in patients receiving repeated injections of botulinum toxin type A in a 16-month, multicenter European trial, it was announced at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology.
"A robust effect was maintained after repeated treatment cycles," Dr. Markus K. Naumann of the University of Wurzburg (Germany) reported in a poster presented at the meeting.
