Albumin Cobalt Binding
(ACB) Test
(Isohemia Technologies, Inc.) A biochemical test for use as an adjunct to the electrocardiogram and troponin blood test, to rule out an MI in patients presenting to the emergency department with chest pain. The first blood test approved for evaluating acute coronary events since 1994, when the troponin test was approved.
