The company's third quarter 2001 financial results
In the third quarter results announced on November 28, 2001, Deutsche Telekom reported improved operational earnings and double-digit increases in revenues and adjusted EBITDA. The results reflected the company's strong fundamentals and focused strategy: Deutsche Telekom's revenue increased by approximately 20% to EUR 35.0 billion compared with the first nine months of 2000 (EUR 29.2 billion). The company generated an adjusted Group EBITDA of EUR 11.3 billion, an increase of 15% compared to the same period in 2000.
