CAROL LIN, CNN ANCHOR: LIN: In Texas, they are trying to figure out what caused that massive explosion at one of the nation's biggest oil refineries. One worker said the explosion was 10 times worse than very loud thunder.
Fourteen workers are dead and dozens are injured. It happened at the BP refinery in Texas city, Texas, which produces more than three percent of America's gasoline. The blast could have an impact on what you pay at the pump. So our J.J. Ramberg is in New York with more on that part of the story.
Pay as in pay a lot. Those prices are already pretty high.
