MARK HAINES, CNBC ANCHOR: Let`s get back to these oil refiners. Earlier we talked to an analyst who named Valero Energy at his favorite stock in the group. Here is a one year chart of Valero -- whoa, that`s a nice move at 27.68 over the last 12 months. Can`t argue with that.
