CLAMAN: Existing home sales numbers look good.
GILLESPIE: Powerful again, for umpteenth month in a row -- 6.79 million annualized, absolutely incredible. In fact, if we keep the same pace that we`ve seen in January and February, we are going to break a record for the 5th year in a row.
