BECKY QUICK, ANCHOR:That is the static check on where stocks stand right now; but it is all about cash in today`s "Bull and Bear Debate." Joe Battipaglia is chief investment officer at Ryan Beck. He says cash flows are enormous, and that this could fuel some big acquisitions and stock buybacks. On the other hand, you have Todd Salamone. He`s director of research at Schaeffer`s Investment Research. He says there is very little money on the sidelines to drive stock prices higher.
