Mumbai, Feb 28 (PTI) Rating agency Crisil said the Indian Budget for 2005-06 presented in Parliament Monday will provide a significant fillip to the securitisation market by enhancing and widening the investor base and also pave the way for a comprehensive regulatory environment for securitisation.
