New Delhi, Feb 28 (PTI) Indian Government Monday proposed to abolish the customs duty on 217 items under the Information Technology Agreement due to the impending ITA under WTO norms.

At present, computers, mobile phone, printers, monitors are among the items under the 217 ITA-bound items which will now be fully exempt from customs duty.
