Southern Nevada can boast one of the tiniest winners to date with the victory of a 6-pound papillon.

Bonnie Lee, 51, and her 3-year-old papillon, Dolly, won the Toy Group division of the American Kennel Club National Obedience Invitational in Tampa, Fla., in January. Dolly took eighth place in the overall competition.

"The top three dogs from each breed are invited to compete in the competition," Lee said. "At 6 pounds, she was one of the smallest, and youngest, dogs there."
