FONTANA, Calif. -- The last time Steve Park won a NASCAR race before Friday night was when he drove for Dale Earnhardt, and it came in the first Cup race held after Earnhardt was killed in a 2001 crash in the Daytona 500.
Park was everybody's hero then, but seven months later he crashed hard in a NASCAR Busch Series race and sustained a head injury that many blamed for him having gone so long without a victory.
No top teams in NASCAR's Cup or Busch series wanted...
