Delmar Foote considers himself lucky, and not because he has a rabbit-foot key chain or special four-leaf clover. Foote lives in a region where most quad enthusiasts only make it to after dozing off and dreaming. But, for Foote, it's not a dream, it's reality--and he has a tricked-out Arctic Cat DVX400 to boot.
