Bangkok, July 31 (PTI) Admitting that inclusion of "tainted" ministers in his government was due to compulsions of coalition politics, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday favoured a law to debar such people in the Cabinet on which he sought a political consensus.
