The Clark County district attorney's office is investigating a claim that a Board of Regents candidate is running in the wrong district, officials said Thursday.
But because the deadline to challenge residency has already passed, prosecutors said Mark DeStefano's name probably will appear on the ballot even if it's determined he does not live in District 13.
