A speeding motorist probably had smoked multiple marijuana cigarettes before causing the May 5 collision that killed an 8-year-old bicyclist, according to grand jury testimony released Thursday.
John Hiatt, a forensic chemist, said an analysis of blood drawn after the accident from driver Kimberly Bunch indicated that she had used both marijuana and methamphetamine.
